Newer 5 Bedroom, 5 Bath home with an Open Floor Plan offering living space on 3 Levels, High Ceilings, Wide Pine Floors & 3 Decks overlooking the Sandy, PRIVATE Beach & Ocean! Approx. 5,000 sq ft, Chef’s Kitchen with Gas Stove, Granite Counter Tops offering lots off prep space + an Eat Up Counter that seats 6. Dining Area with more ocean views & Sliders to the Deck with natural Gas Grill and ample seating for al fresco dining. The Living room offers plenty of seating, a Flat Screen Sony TV + DVD Player, Gas Fireplace & 3 Sets of Sliding Doors to the Main Deck which overlooks the manicured yard, private beach & ocean. There is also a 1st Bedroom en suite with brand new bath anf a beautiful walk-in shower! The Den behind the Living Room has more views (and a pullout sofa ). The 2nd floor offers a large Master Suite with Vaulted Ceilings, Sitting Area w/Built-Ins & Gas Fireplace, a Sony Flatscreen TV, a Private Ocean View Deck & amazing Master Bath w/Double Sinks, Walk-In Shower & Jetted 2 person Whirlpool Tub with in line heater.. There are two more bedrooms on this level as well: a King Bedroom with a private Ocean View Deck & a Twin Bedroom. The Newly remodeled Full Bath on this level has a tub/shower. The Lower Level, which walks right out to the yard/beach with a gas firetop table & lounge chairs, offers an Open Floor Plan, including a Family Room w/sitting area & Sony TV, a Mahogany Bar which seats 8 (wet bar), a Ping Pong Table, and Multi-Sliders to the yard & outdoor HOT TUB & Hot/Cold shower area. Bedroom #5 is located on this level and has a Queen Bed (tucked away yet not seperate from this space) & has an adjoining Bathroom w/walk-in shower. The PERFECT spot to really live indoors & out! This luxury home is equipped with Central A/C, a full size HE washer/dryer, and includes all linens/beach towels, Beach Chairs & an Outdoor Natural Gas Grill. Great get-away for a large family or someone traveling with a nanny or au-pair. This home is in Barnstable Village (one of 7 villages in The Town of Barnstable, including the village of Hyannis - the HUB of the Cape) in the "Mid-Cape" Area which offers easy access to many area ammenities and nearby towns. This "northside" (Cape Cod Bay side) village property is located on a side-street within walking distance to the Village Main St area where you will find 3 nice restaurants, a fabulous Old New England Country Store, the "Barnstable Market" which has a great Deli, a nice Wine/Beer selection & yummy pizza to go! 3 Blocks away you will find Millway Marina (Boat Rentals, Deep Sea Fishing Excursions, Whalewatch trips & Fish Market/Take-out (they will even steam lobsters to go!) or picnic, plus a favorite local dining spot, The Mattaquese Wharf Restaurant. Also, within a 5-10 minute drive, you can find major Grocery Stores, the Cape Cod Mall, Movie Theaters, a Waterpark & much more! Easy access to Route 6, AKA "the Mid-Cape" Highway. In addition, this property is just north of Historic Route 6A (The Old King's Highway), which is favorable for Boutique Shops, Antique Stores & many other Local Restaurants. This is an impeccable, exceptionally well-maintained property both inside & out, in a GREAT location, with FANTASTIC Sunrises & Sunsets! We have used the same professional cleaning company for over 10 years. We allow 5 hours for cleaning in order to provide full deep cleaning and insure proper sanitizing. Cleaning fee : $480. All bed linens and bath towels are white & are bleached between renters. All wood & tile floors are washed weekly. Bedding: Each pillow has a pillow protector, as well as a pillow case. All bed comforter coverings have white Duvet covers, which are washed and bleached with each changeover. Hot Tub: The hot tub is professionally services and sanitized with professional products every Saturday morning between changeover. Beach Towels: We provide them, but because they are colored, most cannot be bleached. Hence, you may want to being your own. Beach Toys/Games: The "Boatroom" is a room off the outdoor shower area where you will find sand toys and the like. To ensure safer health for all, we suggest all shoes be left in the front door hallway area in the space provided. (We do recommend you bring flip flops or slippers for around the house. lounging).
